I worked in the Industrial Imaging and Modeling Lab on Ultrasonic Simulations. I developed an plugin in Unigraphics to simulate ultrasonic waves.
Summer 2004
Michigan State University (May 15 - July 15, 2004)
I worked in the Non Destructive Evaluation Laboratory on modeling of artificial heart valves using Finite Elements. A poster of the work can be found here. A short write up of the project can be found here.

SolidWorks Corporation, Concord, MA (June 11 - August 17, 2007)
I worked
with the research group at SolidWorks on using GPUs to perform modeling operations on NURBS surfaces.
Summer 2008
SolidWorks Corporation, Concord, MA (June 5 - August 19, 2008)
I worked
with the research group at SolidWorks on using GPUs to develop a high speed surfacing package and a high speed collision detection system.
